Sébastien Delmotte, PhD Co-founder, CEO, Risk Modeling and Analysis Consultant

Sébastien is an expert in statistics applied to risk management. With 20 years of experience in consulting and training across industrial sectors (food & beverage, aeronautics, space, defense) and healthcare, he also serves as Scientific Director of the MScT in Global Risk Management at CentraleSupélec, where he teaches risk sciences, as well as at ENAC (École Nationale de l'Aviation Civile).

Florent Arrignon, Ph.D Co-founder, Senior AI and Digital Modeling Expert

Florent has 20 years of experience in simulation modeling and artificial intelligence. Over the years, he has supported project leaders working for national research agencies and multinational companies in modeling the complex systems they manage. He is notably responsible at Mad-Environnement for the RMIAnalyst project, which involves developing, in partnership with IRAP, an AI-based image processing system for the Curiosity rover.

Nancy Delmotte Master's Degree, Project Management

With 10 years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical sector, Nancy has been responsible at MAD-E since 2017 for managing and monitoring projects and for liaising with our partners..

Sam Courchia Master's Degree, Computer Science Engineer - Cybersecurity

After 3 years of apprenticeship at MAD-E and obtaining his computer science engineering degree, Sam is since 2025 a full member of the team. Sam contributes to all of the company's development projects and is responsible for designing and developing digital tools and applications for our clients, as well as specific internal tools. He also contributes to the cybersecurity component of risk analyses.

Antonio Coretti AI Research Engineer in the space sector

After a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin (Politecnico di Torino) and a PhD in Physics from the University of Turin on detection algorithms for small-sized space debris, Antonio joined MAD-Environnement in May 2026 to work on the RMIAnalyst project, developing AI algorithms for processing data from the Curiosity rover in collaboration with IRAP (Institut de Recherche en Astrophysique et Planétologie, Toulouse).
